Hi, I'm Charlie 👋

I’m Charlie — a designer-engineer who has been practising Internal Family Systems for six years. When we welcome every part with compassion, that compassion flows outward.

Technology and AI are tools like any other. They can serve or harm, and with AI the stakes are higher.

I built this because, as I grew more compassionate toward my own parts, my compassion for others grew too. My little sister wanted to start therapy but couldn’t afford it.

If we make mental well-being accessible beyond the cost of a therapist, more compassionate, happier people can use technology to improve the world.

There are no bad parts, but all feedback — sharp or soft — is very welcome.

Why "No Bad Parts"?

Our name comes from Richard Schwartz's book No Bad Parts. We draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) ideas, which teach that every part of you serves a purpose. We're not affiliated with Schwartz or IFS, and we're not a substitute for professional care. Think of us as a peer-led supplement for personal exploration.
